From filing, through automatic settlement reminders, and seamless writ requests, LRN’s eviction system and our legal team will guide you through each step of the process. Our online portal contains real-time status and management tools for each case.
Collections
LRN’s online tools can help you pursue conciliation and district court judgments against former tenants for lost rent, property damage, and other financial losses. We have partnered with Range Credit Bureau, Inc. to help with the collections process on a fully contingency basis.
Lease and Forms
Access to reliable forms is essential for every landlord. Our system and team of attorneys can assist you with drafting leases, termination notices, mutual termination agreements, and any other legal notices which may be needed.
Manufactured Homes
Our online system is tooled to assist clients with transferring motor vehicle titles for manufactured homes after evictions and abandonment. We can also assist with replevin actions to reclaim possession of manufactured homes after a resident defaults on a security agreement.
